Health and safety training is given to our employees throughout their careers, by means of CITB approved external training courses, asbestos awareness courses, in-house training, safety stand-down days and tool box talks.  We control the health and safety risks arising from our work activities by ensuring all employees are competent to do what is asked of them and to give them adequate training; providing information, instruction and supervision for employees; ensuring the safe handling and use of paint, materials and equipment; closely supervising site progress; preventing accidents and cases of work related ill health through proactive site management and reporting of hazards and undertaking regular unannounced site visits by Management and independent safety consultants.
